It’s sad that less than a quarter of the registered voters turn out to exercise their constitutional right.
Those numbers are rather dismal, I agree. Especially considering the situation the town is currently in, I would have thought more would take an interest in the outcome of local elections.
2,350 out of 10,000. Plus a candidate who did nothing gets elected because of name recognition. County wise 18,084 of over 41,000 voted, that’s less than half.
