This is the first view at a very rough cut of the forthcoming documentary film, A Flood of Silence. This documentary will expose the devastation of the September 2011 flood has had on the town of Bloomsburg, look critically at the local news eco-system, and share stories of the community as we work to emerge from this disaster.
